Business customers
The published services are intended for businesses acting in the course of business, not consumers purchasing mainly for personal purposes. If you believe you are purchasing as a consumer, contact Citemark before ordering so the appropriate statutory information and cancellation rights can be provided.
Published services
The Snapshot costs £195 and is delivered within 48 hours after payment and receipt of the required information. The Deep Report costs £595 and is delivered within five working days after the question panel is agreed. Core costs £595 per month and Growth costs £1,450 per month. Retainers are rolling monthly and may be cancelled before the next billing date. Citemark is not VAT registered, so VAT is not added at present.
Deep Report credit
If you start Core or Growth within 30 days of Deep Report delivery, Citemark applies a one-time £595 credit to the first retainer invoice. The credit makes the first Core invoice £0 or the first Growth invoice £855. It is not exchangeable for cash.
Payment and cancellation
One-off audits are paid in full before work begins. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel before the next billing date without a notice period or exit fee. Work already completed and a billing period already started are not refundable, except where Citemark fails to deliver the agreed service for reasons within its control.
Nature of the service
Citemark provides research, technical analysis, content and implementation intended to improve how easily a business can be found, understood and corroborated by search and AI systems. Search and AI platforms are independent third parties. Outputs can vary by prompt, user, location, date, interface and model.
No placement or commercial guarantee
Citemark does not guarantee a search ranking, AI mention, citation, recommendation, indexation, publisher placement, traffic level, enquiry, treatment booking or sale. Reports describe observations made with the prompts, surfaces, dates and methods stated in the report. A result is not represented as permanent or universal.
Scope and exclusions
Each engagement is governed by the published package and any written order scope. Advertising, full website rebuilds, custom software, publisher fees, paid directories, clinical or legal approval and work outside the stated pages, sites and locations are excluded unless agreed in writing. External outreach is an activity allowance, not a guaranteed result.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate business information, necessary access and timely approval. You are responsible for reviewing clinical, financial, legal and other regulated claims before publication and for maintaining appropriate backups. Delays in access or approval extend delivery dates reasonably.
Intellectual property and access
After full payment, bespoke pages, structured data, reports and exports created for you may be used permanently in your business. Citemark retains its general methods, templates, software and pre-existing materials. Access credentials remain yours and should be revoked when no longer required.
Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Citemark is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by a third-party platform change, or decisions made without appropriate professional review. Citemark’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement during the preceding 12 months.
Law
These terms and the engagement are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. A written order or proposal may add specific terms; where it conflicts with this page, the signed or accepted written scope prevails.
